All booking to be paid 48 hours in advance or at the time of booking by cash or bank transfer.  Invoices are available on request.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours beforehand.  Bookings after this may be subject to a cancellation charge, however, please call to discuss.

Bookings are made for Massage Purposes Only.  Please do not ask for other services. This will result in your session being stopped and you will not be able to re-book.

The 15 minute massage is offered to a minimum of 2 people or for a double session.

Prices include up to 5 miles from Covingham, Swindon, however for regular bookings, large bookings and events further afield, please contact us to discuss.

Personal and medical forms must be completed to allow consideration of injuries and/or illnesses.

What Do We Mean By Personal Data?

Personally Data Identifiable Information (PDII) is information that can be used to identify you personally.

Why Do You Need My Personal Data?

In order for us to handle your enquiry or bookings it is necessary for you to provide the PDII detailed below.

What types of PDII do we collect and use?

Below is a list of the PDII that we collect and the reasons why we collect it. Whether or not you become a customer, we use your data for the reasons set out below, and if you become a customer we will use it manage your bookings.

  • Full Name (so we can respond to you personally)
  • Company Details (so we can trade with your business)
  • Contact Details (e.g. Phone numbers and email address, so we can communicate with you regarding your enquiry or booking)
  • Before treatments are provided, Safety Forms need to be completed. These paper documents are retained by Orchid Therapeutics and stored for up to seven years in accordance with regulatory guidelines. These documents are stored securely and not shared in any way.

Where do we store this information?

All paper information is stored in a locked cabinet and not scanned or kept on a computer. Emails and first contact data are stored on a computer which is password protected. All information is kept for seven years by default for accounting, managing and business auditing purposes.

Can I see my personal data?

Yes. Please ask for a copy, which will be posted, first class and signed for, within 7 days of request.

Marketing

From the 25th May 2018 we will not send you marketing material unless you have chosen to receive them. You can always update your preferences at www.orchidtherapeutics.wordpress.com.  If you choose to opt in you always have the option to opt out.  Please email orchidtherapeutics@gmail.com to update your preferences.

How will we use your Personal Data?

We use your data to:

  • Manage enquiries
  • Manage bookings
  • Manage and maintain business related information
  • Send marketing communications (where you choose to receive them)
  • Comply with any legal obligations

Sharing of your personal data

We do not share your information with any 3rd party, unless you give written permission to do so, eg physiotherapist, doctor.

Data anonymisation and aggregation

Your data may be converted into statistical or aggregated data which cannot be used to identify you, then used to produce statistical research and business reports.
