I became interested in the human body whilst at school (1976), studying Human Biology. The study of muscles, movement and the balance of how the body works was fascinating.
Over the years I have given massages to family and friends, also helping physiotherapists deliver massages and exercises to people with disabilities to help decrease spasticity in muscles, increase mobility and to relieve pain.
However, I wanted to continue learning about the body so decided to train as a Massage Therapist through the Cotswold Academy in Cirencester, on an iTec Level 3 Diploma in Massage Course which included an Anatomy and Physiology Exam, Business Plan, assignments and 36 evidences and case studies, along with a practical Massage Exam.
Having thoroughly enjoyed the course and many friends and family have benefited from the massages, I am now offering my services for others to benefit.
